"Second time in a row that we were promised delivery and did not get it. This time I stressed the importance of getting it as we were traveling for work and needed it. I was assured that we would have the laundry delivered on time. Now I need to go last minute shopping to replace. Clearly two times in a row should tell you they are NOT reliable."

"1. Such a bad alteration services. Asked to add seam at the end of wrist sleeve. They did a such a poor job and fabric hair all over. The whole point of adding the seam is to make it clean and neat. They didn't even bother cutting the lose fabric hair around the seam. Lack of attention and care. I would never use their alteration service again. 2. Color faded substantially on my $1000 Canada Goose coat after dry cleaning. They told me about color fading. I've done it before so I said its ok. I didn't think they will turn my black coat into a grey. lol 3. Regular cleaning is ok. In overall, I would not use their service."
