"This laundry loses clothes and doesn’t take responsibility. I have videos of the workers saying I shouldn’t have dropped off my clothes with them. Absolutely unprofessional and they didn’t want to reimburse me and my husband for the clothes they lost. Of course not, they lost good quality clothes and don’t want to pay the $1000 to replace them. Don’t ever go here."

"Recently came here after not going for over 2 years. I was quickly reminded why I left. The washers are extremely slow and so are the dryers. Its 8 minutes per quarter for drying. I did one round to get the dryer warmed up prior to using and I noticed when the 8 minutes were up the dryer was stone cold still. Doesnt make sense. The attendents are nice but the machines are trash. Needs an update bad."
