"Absolutely horrible experience. The section where you put the detergent/ softener had black sludge inside it, and was extremely crusty! Then, the machines never work, they're usually broken. Finally, the staff are mean and nasty."
"So far I haven't had any issues but u never know. I like it cause I can use my quarters instead of a card for now. A bit of a walk but not 2 far. Nothing like good exercise to keep that blood flow pumping."
"A lot of machines are not working, a few have temperature irregularities. The part I dislike the worst, my favorite washable items need cold wash, and the machine washes in hot water. yikes! Lastly, the bathrooms are filthy. No thanks.. I have moved on ..."
