Ridgefield Family Laundry

"I come here frequently with my husband and have a decent time going. Though, I dont understand why is it ok to have people use the huge giant bins of laundry that they saved for about a months worth to use up 5+ machines? This place is not very big and seems very insensitive to other customers. I always do one color load and one white load. Sometimes just one or the other if I have a busy week. The amount of times we drive there and back to check that people are being greedy with machines becomes an expensive trip that wastes gas money. Changing my review from 3 stars to 1. Very rude person who kept trying to take peoples laumdry out of the machines was told to stop by a worker. Then she tried to steal clothes from my husbands hands while I was waiting at the laundry mat. I told her off and the worker said the manager is never there. I WANT to speak to someone about this behavior."

"When this place first opened, it was spectacular. The washers and dryers are very advanced, best in the area in my opinion. As of recently, it hasn’t been opening on time (I go during the week at 6am) and I have been seeing a roach here and there. It still has the potential to remain spectacular."

"This laundry has the potential to be really amazing but the staff are not diligent. They leave machines full for very LONG periods of time. People just leave their clothes there leaving other customers waiting for machines unnecessarily. If the attendant would clear out the machines once they saw they were abandoned they should remove the clothing and allow customers to dry. I even went up to the attendant and she kind of shrugged things off as if it's not her problem. They'd rather have customers standing there waiting for driers because other people leave their things and the facility? Kids run around and no one says anything to them not even their parents and the place is really, really crowded during peak hours. The establishment itself is very nice but I've been going more and more and noticing that it's becoming less and less clean. Bottom line the business is just poorly managed."

"Modern, clean, and not over priced. Hours are great. They have a snack machine which I love since I get a little bored when washing clothes.. Multiple TVs working too.. Need to charge your phone? well they can help with that too in a small little area to sit and wait.."
