"The people who work gossip, make people feel uncomfortable, smoke weed in front of the place, don’t wash their hands when dealing with people’s clean clothes. There is never any big machine cause they just stuff the people’s clothes that paid for them to wash their clothes & don’t even wash correctly. They will literally make smart remarks & talk about you. The dryers are almost all out of service. There is roaches right on the screen of the washer. I was disgusted & they always make me feel uncomfortable. They put people’s orders near dusty old laundry bags people never came to pick up. The roaches I saw in multiple machines I saw & how they treat people did it for me …"

"Been at this laundry mat within a span of four weeks, they don’t have hot water to wash clothes, 3 washer machines are broken, and 4 dryers are out of service. There is no indication of this on the front of the laundry mat or any sign that gives people the chance to make a determination if they want to do their laundry in here. Spoke to the owner about this two weeks ago, clearly he didn’t really care or even apologize after or seemed concerned. Today I came in two weeks later and the place is exactly as I left it 2 weeks ago. Watch out for businesses that don’t care about costumers satisfaction or when you actually bring up a concern they seem like you’re annoying them. It’s really unfair to the community and customers spending their money. Owner today was rude and very disrespectful when I asked about the repairs in regard to the hot water. I will rather walk farther out next time I have to do laundry than spend my money at this business again. And the cherry on top of it all from this experience, when I was looking for a washer machine to use, most of the machines smelled terrible, as if they haven’t been maintained in months. I had to be selective on which machines to use, with such a small amount of machines you can actually use, this shouldn’t be the case."

"This is a family friendly neighborhood laundromat the staff is extremely helpful generous and friendly The Establishment is clean and they have drop off service they do not take long to have your clothes ready it is also a dry cleaners and they have it on site Taylor the young ladies that work there are very friendly sweet and professional no matter what time you go they are always there to help you this place is great."
