"I always come to this place to wash my clothes but one day I bought the detergen and downy and forget to use the downy and asked the lady there can I exchange with the the one for the dryer since they both $3 and she said no Exchange and I told her but it's the same price and she started using profanity and I told her am always here but she said nope so am really disappointed just to Exchange something and she went off on me was a big deal for me I will use the place but will never buy nothing from there since there is no sign that says that no E exchange so I rather go to anot store to buy my laundry detergen than using the same place to buy since all their sales are final basically they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I hope the owner can work on that but it's really a very bad customer service and it seems you must speak their language otherwise you can't be help"
"Ever since the area’s best laundromat (2092 Grand Concourse) burned down, this place has had an uptick in customers. This place sucks both for the nasty customer service provided by its staff and by the fact that they have way too many laundry and dryer machines inoperable with no push to get them fixed thereby limiting the number available for customers so one has to time coming in correctly or you’ll be waiting in queue. Horrible place, I can’t wait until 2092 Grand Councourse finishes rebuilding!!"
"It's a hit or miss with this place. Place is fairly big and has a lot of machines though they seem tobreak down often. So long as you get a working machine you're good. But God help you if any of the machines break down while your clothes are still in there because the lady at the place is very rude! She will argue with you and not give the common courtesy of offering you another machine you dont have to pay for to make up for something that is not your fault. The thing is she seems to be nice to others of the same ethnicity (i hate to say that but its true) as her. I have been doing laundry here for over 6 years because this is where my husband used to do laundry before we got married and i moved in and I have noticed this. For me the only thing is the space and proximity to my home. Otherwise, Disappointing."
"Poor service. This laundromat has 4 or 5 private parking spaces in front of it, along with public street parking all around it. My boyfriend parked in front of the laundromat in the public street space on a Sunday. When he returned to his car another car was double parked and blocked him in. A bystander told him the owner of the store was inside the laundromat. Naturally, he goes inside the laundromat to speak to the staff for further assistance. He was greeted by a Spanish speaking lady who refused to even listen to him and instead scream at him and tell him he is not a customer here and that the parking is customer only. HE WAS REFERRING TO THE STREET PARKING. She would not listen to him, literally screaming and shouting. Zero to no help. I understand parking is tough and maybe people park there when they aren’t supposed to. But Ms. Laundry lady, learn to listen. Super unprofessional. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for years, this isn’t the first time staff has engaged in an argument inside the laundromat. So stupid. Do better. Pro tip: you do not have to do the most."
"They do laundry for 1$ a pound. Good strong machines that get things clean (unlike many other laundry service places) Cathy is always a pleasant breath of fresh air. Tip her well she deserves it."
