"Unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review as well. Normally the clothes would come back well folded, clean and smelling good. However, in the last two washes I’ve been noticing small holes on some items and brought it up to the owner’s attention. The very last time clothes came back with stains on many items. I thought it was bleach, the owner assured it was chocolate. I am not sure how seeing the damage the employees were folding the clothes to return back to the client. The brown chocolate smears were removed but there are still oil stains left from it. I understand things happen, but noticing them and fixing them is vital. In business you need to care to keep the clients. In terms of holes I was told it was wear and tear, which is not true. I haven’t had a single rip on my clothes and they all came back with the same dimension and shape holes on the underwear and a shirt. One item had a huge hole in it. The items were never fixed, when they obviously came back from the place damaged. I don’t know how the items can be damaged in a washer and dryer, maybe it’s something else. I am very disappointed, Mike, I did want to make it work because in general things were ok but everything went down the hill after I started doing the laundry regularly."

"They are no longer open in the fort Lee location, but do a deliver and drop off service that is very convenient and affordable. Same day pick up and drop off a few days later! Highly recommend. Will be using often!"

"I wish I could give 10 stars. First off, the customer service is AMAZING! I have been using their delivery service since June. There have been serval times time where I forgot to bring the bag downstairs for pick up and every time they call me with complete understanding and kindness and even offer to come up to my apartment to pick it up themselves. Because if this kindness I have experienced with them, I felt comfortable enough today call them today to see if they could get one of my dresses that I dropped off 2 days ago ready for an unexpected event. They were able to get it finished AND delivered to me today. You can tell this shop is ran with a deep love for their customers and community. Please do yourself a favor and choose this store for all of your dry cleaning needs."
