"Really liked this laundry in beginning, but lately is getting out of hand with the 3$ separation which they did not charge in the beginning it was only 99cents a pound. I went there today and the front worker started checking my bag I really felt uncomfortable. I spent 200$ a month in drop off service. Today was the last time i step foot in there."

"The customer service truely sucks. The Spanish lady is so rude. Our 2nd time here today and she talks to me with so much attitude it my fault machine stopped working. I have never had someone so rude to all the customers as we waited. Everything you ask a for help. These machine are high tech so how would know how to use it unless they have used it before. Place is clean and nice but she needs to be retrained."

"As a fellow customer who’s been doing laundry here ever since it opened here’s some things to know about this place: - Washing your clothes here can range from 7.75 to 14.75 depending on the size of the machine you use. + They add an additional 2 dollars to your card balance when you use a 20 dollar bill (doesn’t work if you add up to twenty dollars in total) —> may not look like much but it can add up to your balance really quickly for future washes! + This place offers “free dry” meaning it doesn’t take away from your card balance when you pay the card for the dryers. + Staff is very friendly, and you can ask them any questions regarding their services and how they can help you. + Very spacious place. + Offer other services such as tailoring your clothes, shoe repair and watch repair. + Place opens up from 6am - 11pm every day. (Other than holidays where they’ll shorten the times) —> they’re also thinking of opening 24 hrs for the convenience of others. As for the downsides: - When drying the clothes, while they may be dry momentarily, some clothes won’t be completely dry. So you either have to dry them again or just dry them off on your own. Besides the drying, I definitely recommend this place!"
