"The part that sells products states it closes at 10:30 but I got there at 9:55 and there was no attendant. Meaning I also couldn’t get the free soap they mentioned was free everyday. Pretty inconvenient seeing as I had to take all my dirty clothes back to my 5th floor apartment."

"Needed to buy some detergent clearly labeled in the window $2.29. I went to buy it with the attendant who then told me as I was going to pay it was $2.49 (as I was paying in quarters), then kept the penny. Detergent was also in Chinese as opposed English or Spanish and there’s no attempt at translating. The cost of doing laundry at this particular place is about 2-3x more than other places I’m already familiar with. In short this place seems more interested in squeezing pennies out of customers than serving the community. Couldn’t recommend going here."
"SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE ITS APPRECIATED!!!!! Owners are rude, responds unprofessionally when assistance is requested, laundry cards seldom work for the restrooms, roaches , machines stink and after hour attendant with the ponytail and hat is disrespectful. I rather spend more money and travel to get good customer service.Supposed to be 24hours but the door is locked at 1am."
"Best place to do my laundry, 24 hour, clean machines, cleaner floors than I've seen at other places. It's only $2 for a card, it works for everything from the washers and dryers to the vending machines in the laundromat. Only downside is that it isn't easy to get to, and it's at the top of a hill."
