"I sent a dress with a minor hole to be fixed. It was returned to me with the exact hole. I was told that they forgot to fix it. I sent it back for the second time and yet AGAIN they did not fix the hole. This was such a waste of time. I will never go back. Check your items thoroughly. Apparently they are not doing their jobs."

"Took in my wife's dress and was charged an extra $5.00 charge for special care by the asian owner himself. When went into store to pick up, it took over 15 minutes to locate the dress, then noticed the dress was damaged by drycleaning(unwearable/large damage and discolored). Stated "What is this" the young lady said you couldnt dry clean this dress so I said why charge me extra for special care by owner? She had no answer then tried charging me full price and extra care price too. I refused to pay then the taylor(tough guy/south american male ) came over and threatened me and ssid I must pay. He is lucky I had patients because oneday someone will not take his tough attitude.. Went back to owner and showed him and he and tough taylor laughed in my face and refused covering cost of dress and charges for dry cleaning. WARNING PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DRY CLEANERS, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROPERTY. STEAL YOUR MONEY AND OVER CHARGE."
