Garden Cleaners

"Requested dry-cleaning of a parka and a rabbit fur jacket. Got a call from the cleaner later saying they would not be able to clean the latter so would have to send it to another cleaner (then why did they receive it in the first place?). Sure. On my 2nd visit to pick up my parka, white powder was all over the place with wrinkles, and the front zipper was broken. In response to my complaint, he insisted that it had been broken on receipt, and even gave me insulting comments 'it doesn't look expensive'. I declined to accept, and he reluctantly agreed to clean again (without admitting screwing up my zipper). Why would I ask for dry cleaning of a parka with a broken zipper? On my 3rd visit (when fur jacket was supposed to be ready as well), he said he had not asked the fur jacket to be cleaned by a 3rd party. WHAT? Now my parka was without powder and wrinkles were half removed. The worst, unfriendly, rude and most importantly, not functioning as a cleaner. I don't know how they survived for more than 10 years, but now I see others had similar experiences before. I should have looked into the yelp reviews. Wouldn't go there ever, and wouldn't recommend to anyone."
