"Beware. 2nd time items of clothing lost after delivered. I was told all items returned when I contacted them but they were not. Almost like they insinuated I was lying. Will not use service anymore unfortunately I can not afford to loose clothiig every time I send out for laundry with this bussiness. As a regular customer treated with pure disrespect telling me to check at my end when I did my whole house and knew that I had sent those items out for wash and fold but they were not returned Poor customer service. They made it like its my fault they lost my items once again"
