Wash N Fold

"Drove 25 minutes at 10pm. Says closes at midnight, last wash 9:30pm! Horrible"

"Not even kidding but I literally saw the dirtiest machines on earth here. I think there was actual mold on the machines. Idk how the health inspectors didn't even come to inspect at this place."

"This is now Sock Monster Laundromat, the place was nicely renovated, however the new machines are extremely expensive. And most importantly, the machines do not show you how much $ they are until you start adding money! The big ones are $6, meanwhile the JUMBO machines at the laundromat that’s a few blocks away are $4.70 and the big ones are $4. Sock Monster’s small machines are $5 and at the other laundromat they’re $2.70. It may not seem like a big difference to some, but if you compare prices with all the other laundromats in the area, you’re essentially paying more to sit at a aesthetically pleasing Laundromat."

"If I could put NO STARS I would! DO NOT GO HERE! EVERY machine has MOLD where you would pour your fabric softener. We assumed as everyone else does that the machines would be clean before we inserted our money. It wasn’t until after we lifted the flap to see that the machine was full of mold. The machine had started and we couldn’t open it. I went to the attendant and told her what happened, and she said she could not stop it so the cycle had to run. She said I would have to wash my clothes again in another machine. So I asked her for a refund because I should not have to pay AGAIN to wash my clothes a second time because of their moldy dirty machine. She told us we would have to fill out a refund card because she didn’t handle refunds, when on a big sign in the laundromat it clearly says they DO handle refunds. What a joke! My daughter then told the attendant that we should NOT have to pay a second time because their machines have mold in them. The attendant rudely told my daughter (and I quote) “Well, you should be more aware.” What kind of customer service is that? No laundromat service should have mold in the machines to begin with. We demanded a refund after that. We finally got it but had to fight for it! Don’t come to this laundromat unless you enjoy having MOLDY clothes. The worker was unprofessional, rude, and their machines are disgusting."
