SuperWash Laundromat & Dry Cleaning

"If you look back my past post was 5 stars bragging how amazing this place was with the previous owners. Well let me tell you they are not that now. I was a million percent wrong dropping a suit off in April and not realizing I didn’t have it until last week bc of course we had a wedding to go to and needed it. I called in a panic and they said they had it. I went and picked it up, went to the wedding and behold my boyfriend’s suit was actually just the jacket and the shirt, no pants. I called that minute and they said they couldn’t help me the manager was not in. I went in Monday and they told me the manager would call me Tuesday. I went back in just now and the manager was called by the very helpful employee who put me on the phone with her and she continued to tell me I was wrong that the suit was together. Tell that to my boyfriend who had to wear strangers clothes bc there was no time and no store open on Sunday to buy new pants. I told her she needs to do the right thing and pay for the suit replacement and her answer is to bring the jacket in on Friday bc she wants to see the jacket and make sure there are no pants. I can tell that this will be a problem already. I’m not sure what she will see by looking at the jacket bc there are no hidden pants in the jacket. I am not happy at all. I will update Friday to let everyone know what is going on. Do not dry clean here."

"This place is horrible. It might look nice because of the updates after previous owner but service sucks. They have less than 10 carts and they allow people to hold their things in them. The floor is always a mess and no dryers since they allow people to leave their clothes in them while they fold other clothes. It suck’s what this place has turned into"

"The place was a lot better when it was under different management. Now it’s dirty, I’ve seen cockroaches on multiple occasions. And the people that come in here will just leave stuff in the washer and dryer until they feel like starting it. Meanwhile the people that are fact paced and efficient have to wait, and the staff does nothing to prevent it."

"spent $5 on a washer machine that didn’t even work. Told the lady my clothes were still dry and she said that was “normal” on top of that I’ve seen the workers taking shots in that small closet in the front more then once. Sad to say this place went completely down hill. Don’t even waste you time here and just go anywhere else."

"I used to come here when it was under a different name and owner. Now, this place is always crowded, never can get a washer or dryer right away. They have like 10 carts so people fight over them… and the worst part is it’s so dirty. I’ve never seen not one employee cleaning up. They just leave dirt, papers, garbage all around. The folding tables always have hair and other dirt on it to. Time to look for a new place."
