"I've changed my rating from 5 five star to 1 because they changed their policy. I used to be very happy with their service. They are my neighborhood dry-cleaners & I've been coming to them since I moved here 5 years ago. When I tried dropping of my cleaning today, they told me that they require payment up front for all orders under $100. I had no idea how much my order would be. I am not wasting my time, nor do I have that kind of $ on me. Since I can no longer drop off my order & wait to get paid to pick it up, I decided to take my business elsewhere. How shameful."

"You can tell that the tailor is very profesional. My fiancé brought her dress in for tailoring and he did exactly what she wanted. They had her come in for a complimentary 2nd fitting to ensure the dress was coming along as she wanted and made other adjustments as needed.
