"Washing machine got someone else’s bleach all over my clothes, ruining hundreds of dollars worth of garments. As per laundromat, it’s from 2 machines being used next to each other - so it is because another person next to me was using the bleach. Place did not compensate for the damages!!!! Absolutely disguising customer service."

"Got here at 820pm. The last wash is 8 pm, but the front sign says 9pm. Wasted my time coming here."

"Good location, however be aware that the last wash is at 8:00pm before you schlep all of your laundry there thinking you have time since they close at 11pm (according to google.) The sign that has the time listed for the last wash is covered, so you can't see it. I found out when the employee kicked me out when I walked in at 8:15pm. Frustrating."

"I like the go laundry because it is very big. Many washing machines and dryers. There is no waiting for others to finish their washing or drying. Although it is very big, it is so clean and quiet, even the chairs are very clean. I am so pleased with the place. I can't ask more than that. And another thing I like, are the performances of the machines. There work perfectly and the prices are reasonable."

"Due to covid, upon my arrival... I was rudely greeted, and advised by an Hispanic lady to hurry up and put my clothes in the wash due to the last wash is at 7pm. In addition, yelling and talking down to me as if I was her child. Yes! I should have taken my business elsewhere, unfortunately I did not have a car, I took a cab there. I had 6 loads of laundry, my 4 yr old son was with me, I was in a location where it was not easy access to another laundry mat, and I financially could not afford another cab. It was also next door to a Rite Aid. A Place where my son loves to go, to get a toy while I get my laundry done. By 8 pm, I had everything in the dryer. Just a heads up some dryers cost 80 cents for 7min, and others cost 40 cents for 7min. So be careful. I spent a total of $30 to wash and $12 To dry my clothes. As I tried to get my clothes completely dried and folded. I was once again Rudely asked to take all my clothes out the dry so she could mop the floor. Then, her co-worker joined in and opened my dry to dust the dryer! While my clothes were in the dryer! At 8:55pm I got a 5 min closing warning. Then I got a HELLO! HELLO! PUT YOUR CLOTHES IN A BAG AND GO! by an Asian lady. I told them there attitude was horrible and I’m going as fast as I could. Let me remind you My 4 yr was with me, and he started to get scared. Because they preceded to turn the lights off. And made it more difficult for me to see my clothes. Some of my clothes where still damp. This was the most HORRIBLE LAUNDRY EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Do not waste your money!!! Good wash! Horrible dryers, owners, and staff."
