"I washed and forgot a load with my white blankets and when I called the number is not in service and when I went in person the lady at the front said they throw away anything left behind items. No chance to get my things. Also a time I did a drop off and my laundry had a different ticket which made it hard to find my laundry. I thought they lost it."
"I really like it it's clean and organized and well managed and there are plenty of machines it is small but I didn't have any problems it's coin-lesss so you need a card (which you can get and reuse at that laundry)"
"Honestly, the machines in this laundromat are pretty new. They also have a lot of settings I haven’t seen at other laundromats such as three types wash cycles: regular deluxe & ultra and three different cycle types like: normal, perm press, and delicate. The place generally tends to be clean and quiet so I would go for it."
"This business is new; very clean--Star! Customer service was lacking far from what it was months ago. They were rude--ambling by without excusing themselves or blocking tables for folding and also taking up chairs meant for customers. I just found it odd that the cashier had no coins to give me change yet they had a coin carnival game there...for entertainment? The wash card machines were out of order. One only took cash which could be gotten at their handy, working ATM. The Tide and Clorox looked bootleg and were expensive. Never again."
