"This is the most unkempt laundromat & it's do to lack of ownership supervision & care for the Kingsbridge residents who continue to come here. The lazy front desk workers (specifially the older women) who never gets up to sweep even if place is littered with dryer sheets or you tell them "hey there is dead waterbug or gigantic roach laying dead as you enter inside" - as I politely said today."
"Most of the machines were out of order. I was desperate so i stayed. The male attendant lacked customer service skills And acted like i was bothering him when I asked for his assistance with a non functioning machine. I will only go back in an emergency. The machines are old and dirty"
"This laundry needs new machines or they need to clean the ones they have. There are very nice attendants there but as our neighborhood laundry I would like to see a complete overhaul making it look nicer."
