"Honestly the machines are expensive and old they don't have enough water don’t waist your time here"
"DON'T GO THERE! The guy in the front is so rude. I was using two washers and one of them didn't have enough water, so I went to him and asked him if he could please can check the machine that didn't have enough water; he rolled his eyes in front of me and told me that the machine was fine (without looking). I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and let the machine work for a couple of minutes more. Then I saw that it still didn't have enough water and wen't to him again and explained. He proceed to rolled his eyes to me again and told me that if I didn't like how the machine worked, that I should go somewhere else. He was very disrespectful, because I came politely and asked him to please check it out and he didn't bother to do it. He just ignored my request. BAD CUSTOMER'S SERVICE"
"You can't use the bathroom after being there for hours. No air conditioning, all of the fans on ceiling don't work. Limited seating. And prices on machines goes up every few months. The staff is not friendly."
"The owners have very nasty attitudes and are constantly follwing customers around, they remove your clothing from machines with out your consent and their machines & laundry detergent are very expensive. The highest in the neighborhood. Nobody who works there speaks any good English so good luck!"
"The owners are very nice. Place is clean. However one of the associates is very unfriendly and down right rude. If you need assistance she disregards you as if you don't exist. In addition there is a language barrier. If you don't speak Spanish don't look to her for assistance. Very poor customer service"
