"On Aug. 7 I inserted a $10&$20 bill into the machine. The $20 never made it onto my card. The owner never gave me a refund & accused me of trying to scam. I asked her to show me video. The video clearly shows how I put in the 2 different bills. She still accused me of scamming claiming I flipped the $10 bill even though the video shows otherwise. She even convinced her employee to not believe what her own eyes see. Pure gaslighting. I’ve been coming here for years & never had a problem until now. My guess is corner boys across the street have given her a hard time in the past trying to pull these stunts & now she ruthlessly thinks everyone is out to scam her. I even asked the owner to meet me in person at the laundromat and she completely refused and told the employee to not refund me or else the $20 bill would come out of the employees' paycheck. I'm not in the business of hurting hardworking people, for I too work hard myself. However, It hurts my feelings because the employee now looks at me as though I’m a thief knowing that I’ve been a customer there for years and the camera shows me inserting two different bills back to back. The employee wouldnt even forward the video to my phone, for they get to control what you as a customer view. Now I’m going to find a new laundromat. Beware."

"As a first time solo user, the staff was very helpful and instructive. Large number of both washing and drying machines. Additional seating would be nice, but given the space limitations, understandable."

"Used the drop off service and they only accept cash payments. Would go back if I could use a card payment. Also, once I got my laundry back, I would’ve like to have seen different bags separating socks from underwear and shirts etc."

"I give them a high five, I don't have any problems at all. People doing their own business washing their own clothes, whatever problem they have, they go to the laundry worker. The service is ok and taking care the place."

"Washer got back up somehow. No Soap buds seep through which I use 80% of most of MY soap which is not cheap by the way. Once the machine been fix I requested soap on behalf of the store which i received a minimal amount. Other than that wasn't too bad."
