"Affordable,spacious and been around for years. Many of their vending and coin machines are broken but overall I'd return. Just scary when only 1 coin machine isavailable. What if none were? .theirs a folding service so you can dropoff. .they sell soap here too so that's always nice. Every 8 mins in the dryer is a quarter,not bad! I can dry my play clothes and my son's for the week for a buck and wash them for under 5, 5.25 if I have them washed twice which I choose today since we both workout and I added about 4 towels"

"I just went to wash a few white tops. The coin machine wasn't working so they directed me to another one and that one was also barely working I only was able to put 2 out of my 10 dollars. Now since they only had one coin machine there was a line of people waiting so that slowed everyone down. Then one of their dryer doors didn't close and ate my coins. So like if you just need to do a load I guess you'll be fine. But multiple may get complicated due to their coin machines not really working."

"The washers be stealing the quarters not washing good they are stopping before time and then you have to pay it because the customer service doesn't help they say they can't do nothing I had been going there for years but they have change all workers and this new ladies are so nasty. I mean if the machine stop with all soap before time its there responsibility to put the machine to finish the job. I was drying and the machine did not dry my cloth after 4 quarters they said its because it full I mean like I have brought the same amount and always put the same amount for real like if I was new at that long story short I put the same amount of cloth on another machine it did its job. They did not give me my money back nor put a sign on the machine out of service. Careful also there is a dryer that be damaging your clothes it has something inside that it's cutting the clothes."

"Machines work good but overly priced. To wash with hot water is an additional charge. Other than that it's located at a convenient location with a Walgreens down the street and a Dunkin donuts around the corner."

"The machines are great, my complaint is quality of the products they sell and the customer service. I went to drop off my clothes and was charged .75 a pound which is expensive but ok. As the associate Gloria was weighing my bags she asked me if I had blankets and when I said yes she said she would have to charge me an additional $12 for each blanket . I've never been to a drop off laundromat that did this. I took my sheets out and as she's charging me she's asking if I want bleach and fabric softener. My bill went up $8. The whole time I'm dealing with her she just has a nasty attitude and she obviously doesn't care. While she's helping me another customer comes to complain about the bathroom not having toilet paper or hand soap. She straight up told this lady that everyone should know they never have toilet paper or hand soap. I was absolutely disgusted. I regret leaving my clothes there but I definitely will NEVER go back again. I used to go there all the time but they obviously don't care whether they have my business or not."
