"Drop off service, don’t do it! They lost my laundry, I went back three times and they got frustrated with me after I explained each time that my laundry was lost and what I wanted in the future is for them to place the clothes back into the original bag it came in so we would have further issues."
"It'd be great if they would clean the tops of the machines where other customers constantly spill detergents/etc on. Please label "out of order" machines so that others don't have to load then put money into it and only to find out it's broken. Usually a nice employee available if any issues."
"Laundromat is awful, some of the machines don't work properly. If you have the misfortune of using a malfunctioning machine you will not be given another wash or refund. The place is filthy and the attendants are not helpful. The bathroom smells of mold and is disgustingly dirty. Will not be coming back."
