"I returned my snow-white jacket, they destroyed it."
"I had been using them as a dry cleaner for a while, but after today never again. I had brought him a sweater to have a loose zipper strip reattached. I picked it up last week, but today when I put the sweater on it had the wool strip, that it is supposed to wrap around the bottom of the sweater and attached to the Interior of the zipper strip, not attached. I brought it back and he wanted to charge me another 5 dollars. Five dollars is not alot, but I asked why I had to pay this since I already paid you to fix the sweater and you did not do it properly. At first he wanted to kick me out without even allowing me talk to him about. Then he looked it up and said it was not this sweater he fixed.....which was a lie. He then kicked me out. He was extremely rude, especially to someone who has been giving him my business for 2 years. He lost a customer today over 5 dollars. There are too many dry cleaners in the local area to choose this one. Choose wisely."
"I own a cleaning company and a few of my customers want their sheets pressed. I did not have the time to press and decided to bring 2 fitted king sheets and 1 fitted queen just to be steamed. What a mistake it cost ME almost $60.00 I had to repress the sheets myself and I noticed one sheet looked like it had been stepped on. I do reviews often on this site and I do try to be positive but in this case I'm just aggregated. The owners of this place have no pride in their work. I would recommend going someplace else."
