"I dropped my clothes off at 7:13 this morning. I was told they would be ready by 4pm. I asked what type of detergent they use because my children and I have allergies. The last showed me so I reluctantly gave her my detergent. Fast forward to this afternoon. I went to pick up my clothes at 4:15pm. The last told me they weren’t folded and that it would take an hour to fold clothes, I knew that was a lie. Then I was given my detergent back, when I gave it this l morning the bottle was full. My detergent is basically empty. They also claimed they couldn’t give me money off because they fold my clothes. This was my first time doing drop off service and it will be my last."
"The rate has nothing to do with the Machinery. Although they do need to clean them more often. The attendant is absolutely rude. She gives you an attitude for the most simple of requests. She is always on the phone and now I see her walking around without her mask mid-pandemic."
"Very upset with the service here. At 9:50pm the attendant told me that I only have 10mins left. My clothes were in the dryer with 20mins remaining. There were other customers still drying clothes as well but they were never told in 10mins they would have to take there clothes out and leave (regardless if they were dried or not). The owner really needs to talk to the employees here . The attendant was rude n nasty. The service is horrible n I wont be returning."
"I put $30 into their card machine. It read $30.55. So I walk over to my washing machine, slide the card into the slot, it reads "Insufficient Funds." Confused, I walk back to the machine to check my card's balance, it reads 55 cents. The $30 disappeared. I tell the woman at the desk, she checks the machine and says there is no cash there so maybe I didn't put the money in. I tell her to check the cameras because I put in a $20, a $5, and five singles. I was there for a while, there's no way the camera missed that. She says she has no access to the cameras and has to call someone. I've been waiting for an hour and that person still hasn't called her back. I overheard her telling someone that this has been happening for the past few days with the machines. I refuse to leave without my money or my clothes washed. This is ridiculous. Update: Once in touch with the manager, he was incredibly rude, continuously interrupted me, didn't allow me to explain, and then accused me of trying to steal their money. He said, "I don't really want to take the time out of my busy day to check the cameras. So before I do, do you really want me to?" Implying that if he were to check, he would see that I lied about depositing money into my laundry card. I said yes, check the cameras. I waited the 20 minutes the manager asked me to wait so he could check the footage. I told the woman at the counter to let him know that the 20 minutes were up and that I was going to file a complaint with the police. He called back within seconds and his tone was much different. At first, he said the camera only showed me swipe my card, not put in cash. I asked him to rewind a bit further because I'd gone to the machine twice: once to deposit the money, and a second time to check why the balance was suddenly low. He saw the footage of me depositing $30. He said it's impossible that I put the money in and it disappeared on their system, so I must have a second card hidden. He implied I was trying to pocket an extra $30. I continued to speak calmly, not once did I raise my voice. He said that he believed me because I was polite and didn't get crazy as we tried to figure this out. He offered to meet me halfway, give me $20 since he wasn't sure what happened. I said no, because I'd be losing $10 that I obviously deposited into the machine via the camera. He said he had a very important meeting to attend, so because I was polite he'd give me my full refund. As though he was doing me a favor. I had a lot I wanted to say, but that would've gotten me nowhere. I'm finishing washing my clothes here because the detergent was already poured into the machines and no one is reimbursing me for that. I will never return to this laundromat. I've been coming here for years and I've never had an issue, but the disrespect I felt today is enough for me to never come back. There are tons of laundromats all over town, this one isn't special."
"I really like coming here to wash my clothes, but, there are a couple downsides to this place. The inside of the detergent compartments are not cleaned regularly. Some may think that it's no big deal because your clothes are getting extra detergent but for others it may be uncomfortable. For instance, if you have sensitive skin and are using special detergent, detergent recommended by dermatologists, there is no use in you using your detergent because they will be mixed with the detergents that are in the detergent compartments that haven't been cleaned. The same goes for the fabric softeners. Also, the owners of this place should consider leaving the doors of unused machines open, at least cracked open. Why? When entering the laundromat there's an unpleasant smell, and it comes from the unused machines whose doors are closed. They should be at least cracked open so that the water can dry out. A note to the owners: Please clean the detergent compartments. Whether or not you choose to leave the doors open or closed is entirely up to you. Thank you."
