"Do not go here. I was a loyal customer for about two months and then they upcharged me. The woman said the scale ( her exact term was ‘machine’) had been broken and my laundry weighed more than I was quoted at. I asked her if she re-weighed everyone’s laundry if the scale was broken, and she said no, only mine was re-weighed. Hope that $3 extra was worth it because I will not be returning."
