Organic Cleaners

"I have been using this cleaners off and on for the past 5 years. For the most part, this was a dependable and reliable place to care for my clothing, so I thought until just a few days ago when I brought my wife's dress to be cleaned. Grant it, it was slightly unraveled in some areas of the dress which were verified by the cleaners and myself. Then we left it there to be cleaned and picked up 5 days later. When we returned to pick it up, it was not ready and nowhere to be found. The lady asked us to return the following day. We returned 2days later just to find that the dress was bursting from the seams with a botched repair and had coffee stains and lipstick everywhere. We complained and the lady called the owner and stated the complaint. She said we lied about the dress being damaged. While speaking to my wife via phone the owner was very unprofessional and irate , not willing to take responsibility for the damage that was caused by their actions. He asked my wife what the (((F@#$ )))do you want me to do. It was not until I intervened that he decided to make the necessary repairs. No one should have to encounter this type of treatment for paid services. We lost time in our day arguing our point which caused us to be astronomically late for our event. They eventually repaired the damage but brought the waist in to tighten the dress to make it fit uncomfortably, and then had the audacity to ask us to never return, as if we had planned to.. That is horrible customer appreciation and this business needs to take classes in customer service because no matter what the customer is always right!"
