"I went here for years and won’t anymore, because of the women they have working at the front desk. She does not speak a WORD of English- Not even enough to properly say how much things costs and what day of the week you can pick up. She does not know the English days of the week. She tried to tell me today that I need to pay for my comforter on drop off instead of pick up, and when I couldn’t understand her she started screaming at me in front of everyone. No one says they have to be super fluent in English but AT LEAST know enough to do the job (how to tell time in English, the days of the week, the phrase “for this you have to pay at drop off not after”). I have enough on my plate without being yelled out by this women. I’m SO disgusted!!! They won’t get another cent from me!"

"Very clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. I’m glad the lady with the blonde hair isn’t working there at night anymore. When they first remodeled she was so annoyed that I asked her to show me how to use the machine that puts money on the laundry card. She was rolling her eyes and shaking her head at me. I stopped going there for a couple of months. The lady that works at night now showed me how to use the machine and she was very nice about it. When I go in there she’s always so pleasant. The lady that works in the morning is also very helpful and pleasant."

"This laundromat is very convenient! I recently loaded up my card with funds to wash my clothes and unfortunately there’s was a discrepancy; the young lady made a phone call and ban! My problem was solved! Now that’s what I call an amazing service. I been coming here for years. Don’t know if it’s new management but lately the place looks flawless, renovated, new machines all the works… I love it! It’s also so convenient since I live about 5 minutes away."

"I was recommended this laundry mat by a dear friend and went to try it for the first time. As I walked in the lady working there quickly shouted that I could wash but won’t have time to fold because she’s closing early. I arrived at 7:30. I was confused because online says 10 pm and last wash is 8:30. She then proceeded to say she doesn’t follow those hours posted. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable with this whole experience. She sat outside waiting for me to take my clothes out the dryer not allowing me to fold my clothes at 9pm. Unfortunately I left with ALL of my laundry stuffed in my bag and will not be returning. The picture has a time stamp at 9:01 pm."
