"They are very rude, racist, and dishonest. I brought 5 tshirt and 2 dress shirt to get cleaned. When I check my ticket and realize that they was charging me for 4 tshirt + 1 tshirt dry clean (which I never asked for) 1 dress shirt and a blouse for $6.50). I told them that I don’t have a blouse so reluctantly they change it to 2 dress shirt, 2 tshirt and 3 tshirt to dry clean. So basically they bring the bill higher because I caught them charging me for the wrong item. They got real disrespectful and told me to take my clothes elsewhere and made racial slurs. No one should use them but if you do plz check your receipts because they are padding the bill!"
"They damaged a shirt and when I went several days later to claim the first thing that the young woman with a memory of a gifted person quickly identified that the shirt was not washed there, she immediately proceeded to check the dye that they put on the stamp and claimed that this stamp was not it's about it"
