Laundry Land

"If you dropped off your laundry to get done last week, you better get it ASAP. This place is gutted. I go to pick up my laundry yesterday to find the surprise. Called the number and the guy caught an attitude with me. He said that everyone was called already. No one ever called me but whatever. Today was a nightmare for my fiancé to get the laundry from this place."

"Been going there for quite a while This time, however, they gave my clothes away to another customer by accident and then the story changed to they took it out of dryer and took my stuff home by accident . Story keeps changing . I received less than half of my Clothes back They said my stuff was h&M AND Cheap. Which is a lie and rude to say to a customer Even if they were . Most were banana republic penguin and some sports underwear. They gave me some socks back, however, I wonder where the rest are. Missing items included many socks, underwear some shirts, towels and wash cloths . They keep giving me the run around and they refuse to give the name or contact information for the manager or owner. I’m going tomorrow to see if they can fix the situation One more time tomorrow I’ll be sure to change the review if they fix the situation. They said today that another customer took clothes home after washing them by accident . Story has changed 4 times in two weeks Stay tuned for update on laundry lies . Gave the 17 LBS only got 7 pounds back Very sad for a long time customer to receive this treatment. If they make good on the situation I’d be fine. Maximum reimbursement on the receipt is 10 times the value of the services rendered, which in my case would be $170.00, however, they insist my clothes are cheap and not worth that amount."

"Great location, but Ive been washing my clothes for three years here, no issues. But unfortunately you can not use the sink to rub on a little extra on stains that is a little harder to get out, all bc I was told the owner looks at the camera and gets upset with the employees. But If the customer is already paying, the customer shouldn’t be shut down to work on a stain or two before it drys. I do not pay a laundry mat to continue to have dirt on clothes. Really poor attitude to have toward paying customers."

"I have been coming here for about 2 years for drop off service . There is nothing like it. I love the way they fold my clothing and make it smell very good. The women here fold it very well and don't mess up your clothing . I tried another laundromat and they stained my clothing . Use coupons from local flavor online and it's 59 cents a pound"
