"The guy that is there at 1am on Wednesday does not speak English. Multiple customers have tried to ask him questions but he doesnt understand. They, like myself, have gone to other laundries because communication is non-existent about the machines and other issues about getting our clothes cleaned. If customers cant resolve issues because he doesnt understand, you're losing customers and money everytime that happens. Please get someone who can communicate so they can keep coming to your laundry."

"I've been coming to this place a lot and I usually have no issues. However lately, one of the veding machines has been broken, where it will take your money and start to dispense your item, but then it'll get stuck. The attendants are aware of this, but seemingly have made no moves to contact the company for repairs. Aside from this, the reason I'm writing this review is because I'm currently doing my laundry here and one of the attendants decided to start cleaning some of the top openings of the machines at that time. While I'm happy that the machines are cleaned, I am definitely not happy about the fact that he chose to clean it using whatever chemicals, while my clothes, including my under garments, towels, etc, are in there, and it drips directly into the container... I'm here to wash my clothes, not have it contaminated by your employees. I don't understand why he would even think that was ok, and if anything happens to my clothes, there will be h*ll to pay."

"Love love love this laundry! Machines are clean, vibe is great and it’s spacious. Lived in Hackensack for years and came… before it was renovated. Moved to Lodi, tried a few laundromats there and none compare. Totally worth the drive to be able to chill and get my stuff cleans. Highly recommend."

"This is a very nice laundromat, and it has been remodeled, it is spacious and clean, the machines are touch screen and it requires the laundry cards, my only suggestion is just add more charging stations/outlets to charge phones or electronics, overall, it's pretty good: NEW UPDATE: I think the restrooms should be closed after 10pm, because there are some people that come in and like to clog sinks/toilets and they aren't even washing clothes, so take this into consideration, as well, as a better security system, as for vending machines, they shouldn't charge $5.00 first if you use a card.."

"New review: Nice to have a new owner. I wish there was new training. I’m sitting here up front for 10 min to check in my laundry with cash on the table. She just asked me if I can pay later. I said I’m paying now. Keep in mind cash is on the table. This place is real convenient but I’m strongly considering going to another laundry mat. This is very frustrating. No two workers do the same thing there seems to be no processes. The Woman I was dealing with today, it was obviously that she was new and had zero training. Even with my phone number written down on a piece of paper she was unable to look me up in the computer system. Very disappointed. I really hope the owner steps up and protects his investment with training of his staff in basic computer literacy. Previous review: I’ve been coming here for a little over two years. Very happy this place is open 24 seven. Sometimes I have to navigate to find a cart because it’s so busy. Overall I’m very happy getting my clothes washed here. Drop off service was very easy too."
