"Man working w/glasses was EXTREMELY rude to me. Didn’t speak when I entered. Then after a few minutes came he wlkd to the front. Still didn’t greet me asked for my # so proceeded to give to him. Then I said I need it cleaned & sewed by Sat. mind u the ticket which printed read Fri. by 3:00 so I said ok I’ll be there Sat. afternoon. Still nthn so I said u should work on ur customer service skills & wlkd out. Do u know this man came behind me to my car & demanded the ticket back and gave me my article of clothing all because I suggested he work on his customer skills. Rather than take constructive criticism he refused my business; which he has every right to but he was rude & on top of that the store is a mess. Clothes & bags everywhere. Not even a presentable place of business. No worries I’ll go to Hawthorne where I work - business reps are much more friendlier. I’ll NEVER go back to him & will inform everyone I know."

"I had came inside and got horrible customer service, I do not recommend coming here, they were not being professional, catching attitude because she did not like how I wanted my pants to look like. In a business you are supposed to work with the customers needs and they were being very rude giving out opinions that weren’t asked, later she said we can happily go somewhere else and we did. Somewhere even better with better customer service. They don’t have good customer service I do not recommend coming here."
