"Left a brand new dress to be cleaned and charged me $20. 2 minutes into driving, the guy called me and told me that I needed to come back and pick up the dress as they couldn't clean it. I ask why, and he says I will explain when you come back. The reason was that it had sparkles. I took it to a different cleaner, and guess what? They can clean it and only charged me $12. REPLY- You didn't think it was a problem when I walked in. You accepted it and gave me a receipt for $20. I rather you have said that your cleaning person didn't want to do it. This goes to show that your store is lazy and just wants the basic items. The store on Bronx River Road didn't have a problem at all."
