"Although the facility was small, I was very impressed with Koss. The staff member was very professional, facility very clean; and I was impressed with the technology. Definitely a place I will continue to wash my clothes and recommend to others."

"I visit the laundromat on a weekly basis and have never had an unpleasant encounter. The previous/ other staff members are polite, kind, and welcoming. They’re always there to assist with anyone’s needs. I was at the laundromat between the hours of 1:20 am and 2:30 am. The person shown in the video and picture was extremely rude and exhibited concerning behavior. He was mopping the floors and as he did, I moved around to the other side so that he could continue to get his job done. He then asked when I was leaving, which was weird, I'm a customer and the laundromat is open for business 24 hours. My response was, “Don't worry, I'm leaving soon.” I was at the point of removing my clothing from the dryer when he came over and slammed the dryer door shut. I asked him what his issue was. He went on to exhibit obnoxious behavior with demeaning comments. He even got into my face asking me to call the police on him as shown in the video. As a young woman who went to the laundromat alone at 1:20 am, I felt scared and unsafe to have been in an environment with a staff member who exhibited hostile behavior. I am traumatized and will not be returning. I have never experienced anything like that and I hope the staff member gets the help he desperately needs. It would be nice if management could look into this matter to prevent future harassment of customers. PS: I’m unable to add the video. "Incredible laundromat! There's also a drop off service. It's just transitioned away from quarters to it's own card. That card is required to use any of their washers or dryers. On the plus side, you're awarded $2 for every $20 cash, that you add to the card."

"Helpful and reliable staff. Your clothes wash clean. Reasonable prices!Dryer are very hot.... They also offer free soap on some days. Overall a great laundromat. The new card service for the machines is excellent. It makes it so easy to utilize and save."

"Place is clean very friendly staff , cheaper than others around. Free soap on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. This is quarter only machines. No cards. They have change machines. There is also many places to eat around this place plus a fruit stand infront of the property. Parking is limited you might get blocked in for a bit.. but I will be coming back"
