"No accountability/ responsibility of their action. After realizing they messed up the altercation of my pants - I asked them if they can fix it, if not please give me a refund. I at least expected them to admit their mistake, especially when i heard them admitting it in the back in korean. They proceeded to tell me it’s not their fault, it’s tough material, and my legs are probably different lengths. I asked them to measure my pants and lord and behold, they were wrong. They refused to apologize and told me they could fix it. conclusion - they did not and made it worse and still did not give me a refund or a simple apology. save your time and money"
