Fair Lawn Econo Wash Laundromat

"The last time I go into this laundry. Half of the washing machines are out of order. It’s not clean at all. Payment is in quarters ONLY (they do have a machine to exchange a dollar bill). I’ve washed in Paterson my entire life to a different one by the east side of Paterson. I moved to Fair Lawn a few months ago and this is one of the only laundromats in Fair Lawn. I will be going back to the one I go to in Paterson not because it’s slightly cheaper over there but at least they place is CONSTANTLY being cleaned and if a machine is busted, at least they fix it within a week or two. I finally decided to do a review to give the place the benefit of the doubt for the 3-star review it has overall but I can’t anymore."

"I just walked in there and there's not a single soul in that place! I even called and could hear the phone ring...nothing! No answer Lots of clothes in the dryers though.... It was really weird to walk in to a business and no one being there..... Poor service!"

"I really want to give this place zero stars but I have to give it one just to even write a review. This place was beyond filthy debris dirt just junk everywhere on the floor in the common area. Every machine stunk and was filled with hair and very foul odors. Most of the machines and dryers were broken. Not to mention this place is expensive compared to other new laundromats with bigger brand new units. I came in with my laundry already despite all this I still washed my clothes there and now of course all my clothes stink and I have to do it again do not waste your time going here…."

"This laundromat does NOT deserve any star period due to unprofessional customer services. Kindly told the girl at front one of the washing machine was out of order she kept on saying because it was over stuffing, had to wash again with less than 4 pieces of plain shirt and still does the same problem, I showed her the machine and she doesnt care to offer another wash, had to use own coins to re-wash. Avoid this place if you can poor old machines."

"I love this place! Cheryl is an absolute sweetheart. She was so kind to me and my 5 month old son and provided me with great conversation while we both did our laundry. I usually dread going to the laundromat and will put it off for as long as possible. I now have something to look forward to when I go! Her boss (who I’m assuming is the owner but I could be wrong) was also very kind and you can tell he takes great pride in his business. The machines are big, I was able to fit a California king comforter and a sheet set together in one. The people who come in are also so nice and happy! I had a great experience. ALSO, since I came here looking for this exact question... they do have a coin machine inside to get quarters for the machines :)"
