"Very disappointed with the service we received. My wife brought in a pair of my sons pants to take the hem out (lengthen) and they took 3 inches off instead. Had to argue to get our money back for the bothced alteration and they refuse to replace the pants. **UPDATE**. Eventually they did the right thing and fix the error. Not thrilled with the amount of back and forth it took, but the job is done."
"I found buttons on all of my jacket were scratched after dry cleaned. Other cleaners usually use the button covers to protect the scratches. I don't know why they don't use the covers. They ruined my jacket."
