"Really bad staff. Super unhelpful. Needs a whole attitude adjustment. I understand that you need to move peoples clothes if they are not there, but be responsible and know where you put it. Don’t have the person searching other peoples clothes, that were also scattered all over the place. Then you leave me there, to attend to other people. I was there before the other patrons. I don’t know where she would have put the other clothes, being that she removed them I would have thought she knew. It’s clear the employee needed some additional support because she was very overwhelmed. Rather than helping she stated there are other laundry locations. Which there are! That was the best suggestion that she had. I will be taking that one."

"The machine work great. The staff are respectful and understanding. The machines take quarters and they use an app. Which is so convenient. I have been going there 2 years now with no major problems. Any issues they have found a way to help. So great job you guys."

"Put my clothes in washer, added soap, fabric softener, when i took my clothes out they did not wring correctly. Were still too wet for me, not only that that clothes smelled like mold. I went to check the washer & where the soap dispensers were, there was mold. By where you pour the fabric softener, it was discussing. Also at the seal of the front doors. I had to take my clothes & rewash them elsewhere. Very dirty machines."

"These individuals are very disrespectful, I brought my new garments to wash and dry, and I give them instructions about how to wash my clothes. They damaged all. I decided to stop by to speak to the Manager, he disrespects me, and curses at me, without remorse. Yelling at me not to go back to the laundromat. I report them to consumer affairs. It is insane how these individuals burn all my clothes and undergarments. Don t bring your garments to this place. My daughter and her boyfriend also happen to have the same situation. Unbelievable, what a shame. Karma is getting you all. The woman's.are lazy. Don't waste your money there."

"Just your average laundromat. Nothing to write home about. EDIT: in response to the owner. (I can't seem to find how to reply to a reply...) It's not bad. As a matter of fact, I can't really see anything that could be done to make the place better due to its size. But if the place were bigger, I'd probably add a few more seats. But this is just a random thought more than it is a useful one. The place is conveniently located near places to eat, there are nearby gas stations and a Walgreens further down the road. Can't really ask for more beyond that to be honest. But I guess being average is more of a benefit than a flaw in this case. Trying to add/remove things from the establishment might actually hurt it more than it would help. Hope this input helps."
