"Very rude on the phone. I called just to get an estimate and they were very rude, talked over me while I was asking my questions and immediately shut me down. Their response was that they don’t give prices over the phone bc they’d have to see products in person. Totally understandable but if you’re running a business, there are ways you can maybe give estimates, and or be more accommodating over the phone. Will never go here."

"Leonardo, the owner of Leonard Anthony Cleaners, is an expert and has saved belongings of mine that are irreplaceable. When I moved from a house I was renting I left a box of my favorite clothing and coats. Unfortunately, I left it behind and let my landlord know. My landlord said he would keep my clothing safe in his own home. Unfortunately, he put my box in an outdoor storage that must have been wet and mold grew over my clothing. I thought my things were safe but 6 months past and my landlord dropped off my clothing in a plastic bag at my new home. He drove away and I could see the black spots through the plastic bags. I was worried and when I went to my room I opened it up. I was horrified. My favorite things were covered with mold—green, black; it is all-vague. I came to Leonardo desperate. I told him how much all of this stuff meant to me and he said he would do his best. He was sincere, hopeful and understanding. Most of all he was kind. The story has a happy ending! He completely cleaned my red holiday dress and restored my Grandmother's fur coat. I will never forget the day I contacted him. My Grandma looked him up all the way from Michigan. Because I live in Ridgewood, NJ it was perfect. I called him when I finished work and he said he would meet me even though I would get there 15 minutes before closing. He met me and took my stuff. After dedicating time, patience and skill he called me to pick up my red dress and fur coat. Poof, everything looked brand new again. I would recommend him to everyone! I know what dress I will be wearing for my Christmas party! The dress hanging on the curtain is what the dress looks like now after Leonardo fixed my dress! Thank you Leonardo!"
