"I went for years out of convenience they have shrunk and ripped my clothes. I had a new skirt just purchased from Neiman's and when I put it on the whole bottom of the skirt was sewn in a different pattern. I reported it to them immediately and of course they denied it. I reported to them that my pants have been shrunk every time I clean them again they denied it.I picked up a linen shirt they.cleaned and while wearing it noticed a stain they never cleaned. I picked up my pants today and again the pants were torn. I know for a fact the RIP was not there when I dropped them off. What are these people doing to the clothing. I can only imagine what type of chemical they are using. Who even knows if they are cleaning the clothes. I've picked up shirts with stains on them after I've had it cleaned. Not only is their service a disgrace but they have the nerve to charge so much money for it and they are rude. I have to agree with the other reviews. If you go there make sure you check your clothes for rips and damage.I have learned my lesson I won't go back there again I dont care how convenient they are."
