"Pricey but they do a fine job in both cleaning and alterations. They also have a 24-hour drop chute. The biggest difficulty is finding parking. Hartsdale Avenue isn't exactly a run in and run out kind of place. I wish I could call ahead and they can come out with my dry cleaning and meet me at the curb. That would be ideal."

"First, they outsource their so called "eco friendly" service to some other dry cleaners who has no claims of being eco friendly. Second, their staff isn't great as previously described, today was the second time I've had an incident there and so the straw that broke the camels back... on the first instance i had left work slacks to be washed and ironed with a center line, when I picked ip they had been ironed flat, when I told them that I had requested for a different type of ironing they asked me to pay again, obviously because they have to pay again to whoever does the actual cleaning. I demanded to get the issue corrected and showed them how much business I spend there a month and they were willing to lose a highly paying customer over 75 cents. Today, my train arrive 4 minutes later than normally so I ran over to pick up 16 dress shirts and several slacks for my work week. The lady was literally just closing and I very nicely told her that I just needed to pick up, I wasn't dropping anything off, she was not having it, "we close" "we close". Yeah you closed the door on my face and wouldn't help a customer 5 minutes past the hour. If I had the name of the dry cleaners that does the job for them, I would post it, but you can see their vans picking up and dropping off on the back of the building everyday. I will take my business elsewhere. I wonder how the owner would react if he knew the $ amount he just lost per year...."
