"I was having trouble with a machine,I asked for help. The woman came over, took 3 $ in quarters from my hand. An showed me how to put them in the machine. But she put my money in another machine, knowing that was't my machine. I know how to put money in the machine. She wasn'r listening to me. The machine I had coin was not working .I lost over $6 plus her taking $3. Never agian. How ever own this place,YOU NEED BETTER HELP!!!"
"Im new here and the coin machine is not responsive. At least put a sign on it then I wouldnt have loaded 2 big washers for no reason. Or take credit card on the machines"

"BEWARE!!! of the older Spanish women who washes and folds laundry. She charged me for 15 pounds when my laundry was only 13. I'm sure she stole the extra cash. I was going to her for a 1 1/2 and didn't suspect anything until I witness another guy questioning her on the wrong weight she had given him. After that I weight my own laundry before I dropped it off and noticed she gave me the wrong amount. I tried to call to talk to the manager but no phone is provided. She also forgot to wash my clothes a few times and didn't call to let me know. I showed up after given her ample time to wash and she said with out a care "ooops I forgot. I grabbed my clothes and left! I will not be back there!! I'm sorry I have to do this but everyone should be aware."
"It is a clean location with 4 different size washing machines available and plenty of dryers. Can get crowded during prime washing times. Always has an attendant working and uses quarters so no need to buy magnetic strip card in order to use machines. Leave with your change not card with balance."
