"Beware. Your things will get stolen and not returned. I left my clothes for a wash and fold and even left a tip. Upon picking up my clothes, expensive items were missing such as a brand new J Crew Cardigan, jeans and more. When I notified Rosa of this, she completely dismissed my claim and simply said there were none of my clothes there without even checking or apologizing (that gave me an even stronger indication that my clothes were stolen). I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. There are much more reliable, cheaper and trust worthy wash and folds in the area (such as on Beekman Ave in Sleepy Hollow). I’d strongly suggest staying away from here if you intend to leave your clothes for wash and fold."
