They didn't look for the clothes or offer any kind of reimbursement or apology. They were simply unconcerned and just annoyed by our pleas. We just moved here and had very few clothes with us. "The drop off service is convenient but be warned that they dry everything on high heat. Dropped off sheets and the fitted sheet is now too small for my mattress and that's after I've used it and washed it twice prior to using their service."
