"I have taken my clothes here for a few years. That has been a few years too long. What you will find at Fine Line Cleaners, I have determined, are curt, indifferent owners/operators who fail to care about their clients and their needs. I brought in a shirt that had a small stain. They said that they believe they could get it out if I supplied it to them. They were wrong. They stated that they could not do anything for comforters -- I have one that needed cleaning and also wanted a bit of the musty odor removed. They said they could not do it (Jolene - Pearl River - and Broadway - Garnerville stated, after asking questions and actually caring about solving my problem stated that they could) albeit it is generally accepted that this kind of thing can be rectified. Finally, when paying for my shirt, the owner stated, "We only take cash for orders less than $10". No sign was outside indicating that. "Why not?", I asked her. "Card fees." "How much are the card fees?" "I don't know but they are too much." That is plain artifice or ignorance -- and as such, why would I want to patronize such a place? Until they prove otherwise that they actually care about their clientele, instead of focusing of separating them from their money, I will avoid this place like the plague and recommend to all others to do the same. Even here on Google Maps. I am going to Jolene's - worth the drive for the stellar customer service. Gave this place 2 stars as they performed the rudimentary task of providing my clothes with free hangers and flowing plastic. 1 star otherwise."

"I recently found a gown for a wedding that needed shortening right away. It was a lot of thinly pleated, delicate material. I discovered FineLine Cleaners and they were able to do the job in my timeframe. The work was done beautifully and was ready as promised. Maria and Assunta are lovely people and Assunta, the seamstress, did an amazing job. In addition to the fine work, they charged me a reasonable price. From now on I will bring any and all alterations to Fine Line."

"Called the place to asked what is the price for dry cleaning shirts, didn't get an answer and the rude lady told me I have to come in to get prices. (Already weird). Then my husband goes there to ask the same question but in person he didn't get the answer either as you must drop off you laundry first in order to hear the price. It's like going to a restaurant and ordering food not knowing how much each dish cost and getting a huge surprise on the end on your bill. Ridiculous!!!"
