"We had an issue with our boiler for the past 2 years, where the heat stayed on constantly. We have a service contract with Petro so we called them to fix the problem at least 6 times, maybe more, they never could figure it out. They suggested we call an electrician. We called one, they came but said everything was fine, but the issue still continued. Finally we called A & R Electric. Their service technician, Art (or Artie?) was super nice but more importantly he was a master of his trade and was thourough enough to go step by step, front to back to analyze where the issue was. He was the ONLY technician in 2 YEARS that figured out the problem and fixed it. My 93 year old grandmother lives in this house and finally doesn't need to struggle in the winter being too hot or too cold. I will recommend this company to anyone who says they have an electric issue. Only thing I will have to add as a disclaimer is that they had to cancel on me twice, but they did call back to find a day that works and I'll live with cancellations anytime to get a technician like Art. He was the epitome of professionalism."
