"I have been a customer at this shop for well over 13 years. The quality of his work has been good which is why I have returned all these years. However I dropped off a dress for a wedding and he had the dress for well over a month. I even went back to try the dress on before my final pick up date. The alterations were worse than horrible. Nothing was done. Mind you, they couldn’t even find my dress at first. He guaranteed it would be done in another 3 days. I drove over an hour to come and pick up my dress for them to tell me they haven’t fixed any of the alterations. The wedding was in 2 days and I have no dress still. Sal promised the dress would be finished the following day by 12.. and it of course was not. I paid $200 for alterations that I had to go else where to have fixed. I even informed Sal & his wife my disappointment who could not seem to care. Sad to see this establishment go down hill."
