"Terrible customer service. I had pants hemmed there and one of the hems came out. I bought it back to be fixed along with 5 more pants to be hemmed. I got a receipt for $65.00 for the 5 new pairs to be hemmed and they said no charge to fix the pair they previously did which reflected on the receipt. When I went to pick them up, I handed her the $65.00 with my ticket that also said $65.00. She then said it was $71.00. I explained and showed her my receipt that clearly said $65.00 with 0 listed for the fix. She said they had to charge me to fix their mistake on the first pair even though when I bought it in, they said it wouldn't cost for a repair since they did the hem and it came out. Extremely disappointing that not only do they not take responsibility for a mistake they made, but then to sneak in an extra charge AFTER it was dropped off so I had no choice but to pay. I have never heard of a company that doesn't guarantee their work!! Hems should not fall out if it's done right. I will never be back and just be aware that they don't guarantee their work, will charge you to fix their shoddy work, and also gives a receipt at intake and adds more money when you go to pick it up."
