"Sue does a wonderful job with my husband's dry cleaning, and is always so friendly and welcoming."
"I had been going here for years, but they have really gone downhill. Several times I had missing buttons after a shirt was cleaned., but I let it slide. Recently, they tore holes in the sleeves of two shirts within a few weeks of each other. In both cases, they MADE me pay for the cleaning. When I questioned it the first time, they said I could pay them an ADDITIONAL amount to sew it. When I questioned them tearing a second shirt, they said my shirt was "old" (it wasn't). Needless to say I won't be going back."
"Dropped off 6 suits. Two suit jackets COMPLETELY ruined with ink stains all over them. Was asked "Why did I leave a pen in my suit jacket??" As if it were my fault they don't check the pockets before washing them (Don't believe I even had a pen in my jacket anyway." 2 jackets ruined and in the trash (mistakes happen) but then was still charged the full price of all 6 suits. Still in disbelief you absolutely ruin someones personal things and don't even apologize and still charge them for it LMfAOOO"
