"For just the plumber I would have given 5 STARS... He was pleasant, courteous, knowlegeable, efficient. I will want him to be the one to come back and do the work I need... ***But I dont' know how some people stay in business. Whoever is in charge needs to develop better management skills and keep better watch on whomever is doing the work. To start, I was told I would be contacted about time for arrival for the estimate I requested on some work I wanted done... No call, the plumber just showed up. I was in the middle of getting my daughter ready for school. I would have notified them that I would be available anytime after 8:10 had I received the call. So this nice guy had to now wait 15 minutes it took for me to get her to the bus. I then called 2 days later because I had not received the estimate I was told I would get. I was told they needed time, it might not have been received yet and then they needed time to prepeare the estimate. They did confirm that my email was provided in order for them to send this to me. Now it's been a week... still no esitimate(yes I checked my spam folder). I just called again asking for a call from a manager... Depending on what happens my star rate may improve. I just feel that I shouldn't have to be the one to chase you down for your buisness, I'm about ready to call another company."
