"Avoid at all costs. Very dishonest company. They overcharged and misdiagnosed my AC system. Be careful. The first technician made one diagnosis and guarantee that It was fix the problem. I paid the exorbitant price of nearly $800 for placement of refrigerant. He didn’t even go upstairs to check if it was working after replacing the refrigerant. When the system didn’t work the second technician Completely negated the first technician and diagnosed a different problem then the manager David got involved and made a completely difference diagnosis. He told the technician not to talk to me anymore. The technician Proceeded to go outside and released the refrigerant from the unit that the first technician had placed. I have all of this on My home camera System."

"I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer service. From Dave the supervisor who answered all my questions, to Eric the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to Christine who helped me with finance concerns, to Vinny who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technician's prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. Kevin, Tommy, and Colin were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here. I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in their home. 5 stars and two thumbs up! So very happy that I chose them for the job. "Hands-down Varsity is the most customer oriented and professional installation service we have ever used. We received an estimate from Vinny for a Fujitsu split unit air conditioner installation and he went out of his way to make sure all of our goals were achieved within our budget. The installation was a large project with the removal of existing equipment on the first deck and the installation of new equipment on the second day. The installation team was led by Kevin and Alexis with technicians including Tom, Jimmy, Brian, Tyler and Collin Who went out of the way to make sure each part of the installation was exactly as we wanted including attention to detail and making sure we understood the work being performed. To make sure we had our AC installed as agreed, Varsity sent 4 trucks the second day and team worked tirelessly on a Friday late afternoon and even though the weather was hot they were polite, professional and focused. We have used Varsity in the past and this was another good experience with them. Highly recommended."
